Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Square Foot Story account and associated data, for anyone who has signed up through the Square Foot Story mobile app (com.squarefootstory.app).

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

Open the Square Foot Story app and go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account, then confirm the prompt. This permanently deletes your account from within the app.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, or would rather request deletion another way, email us at info@squarefootstory.com from the email address (or with the phone number) registered on your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Our team will process the request and confirm once it's done.
