The developer, Supertech, has been entangled in insolvency proceedings, leaving buyers in a state of uncertainty.However, a major breakthrough occurred this week when a Supreme Court-appointed Empowered Committee intervened to jump-start the project. The committee has appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) to act as the transaction advisor. Their primary responsibility will be to manage the complex process of identifying and bringing on board a new, capable developer to resume and finish the construction.For many, this news marks a critical turning point.
