“I have two flats in SKA Projects One in SKA Green Mansion Other one in SKA Orion Pros :- Timely possession,Smooth process , no hidden charges , timely registry , construction quality good compared to other builders like Panchsheel , Supertech ,Sikka etc but not the best as the builder claims.Its same as other reputed builder like Gulshan , County, Purvanchal etc. Cons :- Always choose under developed locations except SKA Orion and SKA Green arch. Don't focus much on developing commercial areas for society. Nowadays ,rate is higher by around 1000-2000 Rs per sq feet as compared to other builders in same area on the name of luxury but SKA does not know how to deliver luxury because it's new builder. If you want real Luxury ,go for ATS , ELDECO ,some projects of county etc. My rating is 3.8/5.0”
