“Gaur group is not good in services, safety, security and responsibility. They are always showing high rule regulations but in ground realty not up to the mark.”

“Gaursons - not a name to rely on, their so called delivered projects are in pathetic state, one of the project, what they call is premium site, 3rd park view , Krishna Vilas, gaur Yamuna City, is in its worst situation. Management not listening to provide basic needs No roads Sewers blocked and not connected to main drain Electricity left open and one of the short circuit blast happened on sept 05 2024 night. Thefts happening every other day. One thing is on time and that is Maintenance amount request. Forbid trusting Gaursons, they don't worth your trust.”

“Gaur Group is not the builder where one should invest their hard earned money. They are just starting new and new projects, trapping new customers by show casing there false promises. But once investing the customer is left with only penalties, charges etc etc, but they will not get what they were promised. I as an owner in one of there projects is facing worst scenario where basic amenities like drainage, electricity, roads are not been provided by Gaur. The maintenance department is not doing any thing except sending monthly maintenance charges. Please choose your builder wisely “STAY AWAY FROM GAURSONS””

“Have purchased a unit for own use at THE ISLANDS. So far I have had a wonderful experience. Have visited the site office and under construction project many times and am satisfied with the quality of construction and customer experience. This is a luxury project and hopefully they have learnt from their other projects on what mistakes not to make. Sarthak Gaur is personally looking after the project and I expect the quality to be amongst the best in the industry. Will update once I get possession and start living there.”
