“Frustrated resident of Mahagun, Builder is not paying salaries of housekeeping, general maintenance, broken walls, dirty floors, grass less landscapes, the complete society looks so worn out in absence of renovation painting, wear and tear, water dues, electricity dues and zero maintenance of general facilities. We feel like living in a 4th grade locality. The funds are getting diverted and builder is not allowing the AOA to be formed. Pls be careful future buyers..we are in a pathetic shape right now”

Even After offer of possession and final payment they couldn't complete pending works in particular flat in 12 months .Construction team was saying no material not available not purchased by mahagun. So I would say be careful before investing your hard earn money in any of mahagun under construction projects.”

“Strongly advise not to invest in this project. Ace sales team provided misleading information at the time of booking, claiming Mahagun was not involved, which turned out to be false. After discovering this, I cancelled my unit and didn't sign BBA—and it has now been 4 months with no refund. The sales and CRM teams are completely unresponsive, and the project head is not even willing to engage. We were even told there are no funds available for refund—which is seriously alarming. If they cannot return a booking amount, how this project will be managed.”
