“There is a High Tension Power Transmission Line & Tower at The Prestige City, Indirapuram that has not been removed for over 1 year since project launch. The HT Tower is located at D2 and the HT line passes through D2 to B4. No construction activity has taken place for these two towers for more than a year. This crucial information was not disclosed at the time of booking, and 100s of buyers purchased homes at this location unaware of the issue. Removing an HT line and tower involves multiple government approvals and departmental work. Progress on this so far has been extremely slow, and multiple timelines shared by the developer have been missed. There is currently no clarity on the exact status or when the HT Tower will be removed. If this remains unresolved, possession for the entire project may get delayed, as the developer appears to be planning a single-phase handover.
