“Visited Last week for a project enquiry. Rates are ultra high as compared to carpet area. Oversmart as other builders, will tell you payment plans as 30:30:40 but once you give the booking amount, plan would change to 30:30:30:10. However, they have different plans but in nut shell, they will take 90% of the payment before OC. Their staff is good, soft spoken and very professional. Hope they will deliver the project on time.”
