Noida authority has launched multiple plot schemes under various categories. The scheme covers corporate, religious, commercial, hotels and group housing allotments. The scheme is open till February 26. Most of the allotments will be conducted via e-auction. However, for the allotment of religious plots an interview will be conducted, since these sites are intended for temple construction.
In sector 152, 10 plots are offered under the corporate offices category. Plots measuring 1000 sqm each will have 9 plots. One plot measures 4,0002.6 sqm. The prices of these plots range between INR 1 crore to 4.4 Crore respectively.
Sector 15A and 93B have two plots measuring 302 sqm and 600 sqm, earmarked for religious use. They range between INR 2.7 Crore to 4.1 Crore. Large plots are listed in sectors 61, 142, 132, 135 and 126. These are available for commercial builder projects with a floor area ratio (FAR) of four, five plots. The size of these plots are ranging from 24,000 sqm to 50sqm. The reserve prices roughly range from INR 76 crore to INR 270 Crore.
In the hotel scheme, plots ranging from 2000 sqm to 24,000 sqm are up for sale in sectors 93B, 105, 135 and 142. The prices reserved for these plots range from INR 36 crore to INR 340 crore.
