Ramacivil India bags 166 crore infra project at IIT

Ramacivil India, an engineering and infrastructure solutions company, has undertaken the construction of boy’s hostel at the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad. This project marks a significant contribution to the educational infrastructure of Jharkhand. 

The total cost of the project is INR 166,20,75,200 , which includes a hostel in phase 1 and multiple residences in phase 2 and 3. The hostel complex is being developed over a build-up area of approximately 5.53 acres, comprising a 10 storied building. The project features multiple residential wings, with well planned accommodation blocks ensuring optimal space utilization, ventilation and natural light.
