Reliance MET City, a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Ltd., is coming up with Metropolis by MET City, an integrated township project at Daryapur in Jhajjar District of Haryana. This is one of its kind projects with a master plan of 140 acre township. This township will consist of residential plots, industrial plots and a future group housing component.
The project will be done phase wise. In the first phase, the company will work on 100 acres, targeting individual buyers, businesses, investors seeking to establish operations within the Reliance MET city ecosystem.


The next generation integrated township is planned across 8,250 acres and offers a unique opportunity to invest in prime industrial plots strategically located on Gurgaon-Jhajjar highway. The industrial plots are sized to accommodate businesses and enterprises seeking a presence in an integrated smart city.
Metropolis, which will be a large-scale integrated mix-use development, will offer residential plots ranging from 112 sq. yards to 179 square yards, along with dedicated industrial plots. The price for residential plots at Metropolis is between the range of 90,000 per square yard to 1,10,000 square yards.
Out of 100 acres, 56 acres are reserved for industrial plots while 42 acres are reserved for residential plots, the company said. The township is close to AIIMS Badsa, the upcoming Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor, and the proposed BCCI international cricket stadium. The project is located near Delhi border and is five minutes away from the KMP expressway. The location offers connectivity to Gurugram and other key NCR hubs.
